DOSH and DOE Requirements

1. TITLE OF TRAINING PROGRAMME
  DOSH and DOE Requirements

2. PROGRAMME REVIEW
The challenge of the Administration Executive and Manager for SMI can be enormous as they are not only expected to handle issues related to human resource, industrial relation, SOCSO and KWSP but more often than not; issues that are related to DOSH [JKKP] and DOE [ Department of Environment]  are always being placed onto their shoulders.  The burden is continuously growing as DOSH and DOE are strengthening their enforcement on Legal requirements from time to time. Unlike those MNC and large organizations whereby such issues are handled by the respective appointed employees who has a definite competency and training provided, the Executives and Managers in SMI needs to equip themselves with knowledge pertaining to the legal requirements in order to avoid unintended penalty from the related government authorities. This training program is designed for personnel having the management responsibility in managing and implementing matters related to DOSH and DOE requirements.
