2. PROGRAMME REVIEW
  It is a norm for all International Standards to undergo reviews and revisions after a certain number of years of implementation.  These processes are necessary to ensure that the International Standards are suitable and aligned to the need of the continual growing and evolving circumstances in the global business environment.  Likewise, the existing ISO 9001:2008 version has been revised to ISO 9001:2015. All existing certified organizations will required to upgrade their respective QMS to this new version by 2018 or during the next re-certification audit whichever earlier.  As expected, major changes have been done in these new versions. Organizations certified  to  the  current  version[s]  are  advised  to acquire  a  profound  understanding  on  the  new  Standard requirements and concepts  in  order  to  be  ready  for  the changes.

  This course is designed for quality management representatives, top management, quality management staffs who are involved in the developing and formulating of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

  At the end of this lesson, participants are expected to have an essential understanding on the following:-

§  Preforming Risk Analysis in business processes; and  
§  Process Approach concept use in the new Standard
